I read this book’s blurb in a site and loved it so much! I realised it was the 1st book of a triology but only book one was translated into Turkish I hope the rest of the series will be translated, because I’m sure fantasy book lovers will love it Aileana is a young Scottish lady who witnessed her mother’s death when she was brutally murdered by a fairy! After that, nothing is the same! All childhood tales are true, and fairies are real and dangerous. One year later, Ailenana is no longer that innocent society girl; but a determined, revenge-driven hunter! Her mentor is ironically one of the strongest fae, Kieran who vowed not to harm humans. He trains Aileana and prepares her for the war between the fae and the only hunter left, the Falconer. Aileana lives for the revenge she wants but also begins to like this immortal, silent, powerful fae. The setting of the book was 19th century Scotland and I loved it so much! Aileana is strong, intelligent and creative: her inventions are fairy hunting bombs, sonic weapons, etc. Kieran is still a mystery but I understand that he was an evil fairy who changed due to love and still suffers from his loss.
