I don’t know all the words
that can express my experience, neither in my mother tongue, nor in any other language I know. So I pick the dictionary, read a classic trying to steal some words I need to take my thoughts out Maybe I should paint The canvas stairs blank at me we have the most perfect conversation but canvas is free, yet from my colors and brush strokes Maybe I should sing But I caught a cold From the rain yesterday So I go to sleep And instead choose the dream Over reality And all that I experience Encircle my soul With a two light feather I let them go
Thus have I had thee as a dream doth flatter, In sleep a king, but waking no such matter. Sen benimdin: rüyanın görkemleriyle doldum. Ben, uykuda kraldım, uyanınca hiç oldum. shakespeare [sonnets, LXXXVII]

"Once Zarathustra too cast his delusion beyond humans, like all hinter- worldly. At that time the world seemed to me the work of a suffering and tortured god. Then the world seemed a dream to me and the fiction of a god; colorful smoke before the eyes of a divine dissatisfied being. Good and evil and joy and suffering and I and you – colorful smoke it seemed to me before creative eyes. The creator wanted to look away from himself and so he created the world. It is drunken joy to the suffering one to look away from one’s suffering and to lose oneself. Drunken joy and losing-oneself the world once seemed to me. This world, the eternally imperfect, the mirror image and imperfect image of an eternal contradiction – a drunken joy to its imperfect creator: thus the world once seemed to me."

Titania: "I love thee." Bottom: "Methinks, mistress, you should have little reason for that. And yet, to say the truth, reason and love keep little company together nowadays."
beyond this beautiful horizon lies a dream for you and I this tranquil scene is still unbroken by the rumors in the sky but there's a storm closing in voices crying on the wind the serenade is growing colder breaks my soul that tries to sing and there's so many many thoughts when I try to go to sleep but with you I start to feel a sort of temporary peace

That none of my beliefs about the world were true. That reality is malleable. That hidden connections exist in every living object. That the whole of the world is merely a thought, a butterfly's dream.

If time is a subjective experience, does it have an objective existence?
Nothing makes time pass or shortens the way like a thought that absorbs in itself all the faculties of the one who is thinking. External existence is then like a sleep of which this thought is the dream. Under its influence, time has no more measure, space has no more distance.
