I really fell in love with this series! Even though it was a dark romance, I couldn't stop giggling while reading it. The truth is, I never thought Walker would do so much. I mean, I expected a bit of madness, but this much surprised even me. In a good way. I was worried about what would happen when Olivia found out everything, but it was really good that things were kept secret this time. I was really happy that Olivia was a little bit crazy too. I mean, she was so open to Walker's craziness! I loved it! And I was really happy to see the trio of Lincoln-Ari-Walker, Monroe-Blake-Olivia. Because for example, in the log series, Mia and Annika were not friends, but they could got along with the other girls, but I was a little sad that there was no closeness between them because it was bad that the girls didn't group up and hang out with each other while the boys were all friends with each other. But not in this book, the boys have a group and the girls have a group and it's awesome. I have to say, Marco got what he deserved. The fact that he will suffer for the rest of his life without dying was the best punishment possible. As a result, it was a book that I enjoyed reading.

What you need to know about "Look Back in Anger" and a deep analysis.
Look Back in Anger is written by British playwright, screenwriter and political activist John Osborne. Look Back in Anger is considered one of the most important plays in the modern British theater. It was the first well-known example of "Kitchen Sink Drama", a style a theater that explored the emotion and drama beneath the surface of

This was the book I was most curious about since I finished the first book. Brandon-Nikolai. (SPOILERS) Honestly, the book met my expectations and there were even many things I didn't expect! For example, I never thought that Nikolai would be a sticky octopus - as he portrays himself! That was beautiful, really! I thought this guy was going to be a grumpy lover, but I was so wrong... And I'm so glad I was wrong. As for Brandon, I knew he had a dark side since I saw him in the first book, but I didn't expect that dark side to be... I didn't expect it to be sad... I thought he would be more of a role model like Gareth and actually love violence, but I was wrong for the first time. I was also happy to see Brandon and Landon's relationship. (Definitely is not because about my love for Landon, slander.) Anyway, as a result, I liked the book, but I found out that there is only one last book left in this series. I thought there would be separate books with Maya-Ilya and Gareth-Professor, but the last book will be Eli-Ava... I was a bit sad about that. Maybe they will come out in another way and not as part of this series, I hope...

Taking The “Home” To The Road
Undoubtedly, J.R.R. Tolkien bequeathed a masterpiece to the entire literary world; The Lord of the Rings trilogy. The Fellowship of the Ring is the first book of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, which begins in an inland area in the northwest of Middle Earth that has fallen into oblivion; The Shire. This is the home of the Hobbits who live in peace

Darwin wrote this book in 1872. It's interesting to compare what he wrote about then with what his successor theorists write about today. In contrast to today’s emphasis on universals (e.g., humans are this or not this or that), Darwin notes throughout this book that individuals have a wide variability in physical, emotional, and mental

Well, this settles it once and for all. There is no God. Which turns out to be a good thing, considering the God most Americans believe in is a crazy, vengeful, ego-maniacal monster. Dawkins’ insights are so cunning and profound you can’t help feeling embarrassed for the believer. Some of the main arguments: Believer #1: The diversity of life is

We exist for our fellow man... Our actions and desires are bound up with the existence of other human beings - "We eat food that others have grown, wear clothes that others have made, live in houses that others have built. The greater part of our knowledge and beliefs has been communicated to us by other people through the medium of a language which others have created." "I want to research, not to teach. There is too much education all together... the only rational way of educating is to be an example." A man's ethical behavior should be based effectually on sympathy, education, and social ties; no religious basis is necessary.

This is a powerful book by a truly insightful author. I recently read Harari's previous great book, Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind, and I enjoyed this one just as much. There is so much packed into Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow, that it is hard to do justice to the book in a review. Yuval Harari has such a unique insight into

There's nothing like the contemplation of the universe for making one feel simultaneously awe struck and incredibly insignificant. Kind of random, but I loved Hawking's frequent use of the exclamation mark. For example:: "However, when an antiparticle and a particle meet, they annihilate each other. So if you meet your antiself, don't shake hands - you would both vanish in a great flash of light!" and "The supermassive black hole has a star orbiting it at about 2 percent the speed of light, faster than the average speed of an electron orbiting the nucleus in an atom!" His pure excitement regarding the subject matter and specific points being made is almost palpable. I wanted to yell "Preach it, Mr. Hawking! Science is awesome!" I also learned, much to my surprise, that the world apparently doesn't revolve around me.

“I’m going to keep going until I succeed — or die. Don’t think I don’t know how this might end. I’ve known it for years.” — Harry Potter Most seventeen-year olds don’t view the possibility of an early death as being, well, possible. Philip K. Dick's 10th novel, "The Game-Players of Titan," was originally released in 1963 as an Ace paperback (F-251, for all the collectors out there), with a cover price of a whopping 40 cents. His follow-up to the Hugo Award-winning "The Man in the High Castle," it was one of six novels that Phil saw published from

Phillip K. Dick is a philosopher in a pulp writer's body. His books reads like pulp fiction in style but are loaded with philosophical inquires regarding reality and perception. Sometimes so much so that the text can't keep up with it. Flow My Tears, The Policeman Said is one example. The plot centers around a celebrity who finds himself no longer remembered. To be more precise, he no longer exists. All his identity is wiped out and no one knows him not even his friends. This is actually one of his more straight forward stories but all the gimmicks of a Dick novel are there; the mind altering drugs, people removed from a safe environment into the unknown, police states and malevolent authorities. Some of this may seem well worn to the casual reader However it is important to realize no one was writing stories like this before Phillip K Dick. Flow My Tears is a good read but I would recommend a couple others before this one, like Man in The High Castle, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep or Martian Timeslip. But whatever you choose, anyone into science fiction or even 20th century literature, should read at least one Dick novel.

This is a lovely collection of stories that served as an inspiration for the series Electric Dreams. Consisting of ten stories, this book is a great insight into Philip K. Dick's shorter prose works. Some of these stories fall more into macabre/horror genre (with a distinct Twilight Zone vibe) than into science fiction (as the title would

Of all The PKD novels I've read so far, this is one of the most fun. Is it a masterpiece like High Castle? It would be difficult to argue, but it is an original and intelligent tale written during his most prolific period ('63 to '66). It is PKD primarily addressing mental illness (a subject he, no doubt has a unique perspective on) in the SF genre. Think "One Flew Over a Cookoo's Nest" done by Dick: Humour and utter weirdness. It has some of the best and most interesting characters of any of his previous and later novels: Lord Running Clam: a telepathic slime-mold from Ganymede is just one example. And there is a strange true-love story in there as well. A truly unforgettable read.
