I have to say, I love Taylor Jenkins Reid! This story is told from different perspectives. I really enjoyed this because I felt every moment and emotion, and everything else that was important. This made me feel everything. I guess I love all the characters because they seem real. Nina is the strongest woman in the book. Honestly, I loved every moment of this book because I connected with it so much that I cried a lot. Actually, I don’t know what to think because this story is really heartbreaking. I’m really sorry for June because she didn’t deserve this. Mick is a really disgusting person, and I hated him. Did I start believing in impossible heroes? June and Nina, of course. In the book, Nina raises her siblings and grows up with them. Even though Mick is a terrible father, his children are great people. Honestly, my favorite characters in the book were June and all the children, including Casey. No child deserves a bad parent like that. No one deserves such a terrible person. The world is an unfair place because of people like that. No one's heart is your playground. Please be nice to your own children and family. This is more important than anything else in the world. Never forget that. This is especially important for parents.
