The English version of this book, which i have read, should be a good choice for a beginner English learner.
In my opinion, the childrens' books are very helpful to learn basic speaking words an to be able to speak as fluently
In that book, You can look with a child eyes on their feelings with life.
The main character, Daisy, saw a less eaten lollipop on the road and ate it. But then she got sick. When she told to her Mum what she did, her mum was getting very angry and she had Daisy grounded not to let her go outside for one day.
After that, Daisy thought that the life had too much trouble when she was growing.
