Not until we became self aware there were no such thing as “God” “Allah” “Rab” “Tengri” etc. When we started to lie and become afraid of about our environment such as thunders, earthquakes, death of relatives and so on, humankind invented the idea of “God”. Our ancestors were afraid of thunder and they lied about its existance (rather than searching and reveal this phenomenon to understand the truth behind it) , and they fictionalise a specific “God” for thunders which occurs around their surronding. The idea of “Creator” comes from our inability to rule / shape the universe totally, from our fears, from our asylum requests from the miserable experience which we had experienced and which we can not bear. And most importantly our wish for a punishment to those who made us feel weak or those who hurt us. Simply from human iniquitousness.
