I quickly learned that I am my own best supporter. Sometimes I would wear a SEAL t-shirt with the Trident on it, run fifty miles for a speech, and get soaked wet. Or I would do push-ups in the first five minutes of my speech, or I would open the bar on stage and do push-ups while speaking. That's right, the things you see me doing on social media are not new. I've been living this life for eleven years!
