4/5 Stars (%77/100) The Royal Capital Arc ends at the beginning of this volume and the first couple of chapters are one of my favorites in the whole series. We finally get to see our quirky and excited Wizard King Julius Novachrono in action. He is definitely in my top 5 fav characters list. Other than that, Eye of the Midnight Sun Arc begins but not a lot happens except for a fight towards the end of the volume. The main reason I gave a high rating is the beginning of this volume. This new arc is longer than the previous ones so we'll see what happens next.
