💋Stella is a beautiful, successful econometrician. She has Asperger’s, a kind of autism which makes social interactions and physical contact difficult. She has bad experiences with men, sexually and emotionally. So she decides to get help from a professional man, an escort to teach her how to have a better sexual relationship. Michael Phan is a the son of a Vietnamese mom and a Swedish father. He begins escorting in order to pay his father’s enormous debts and his mom’s health bills. When he meets his new client Stella, he feels she is very different from his ex-clients. Stella and Michael become very close day by day. Stella offers him a lot of money for a fake relationship that will teach her the dynamics of a normal relationship. They both begin to love each other; but their different insecurities get in the way with their happiness.
💋I have little information about Asperger’s, so this book gave me some perspective about it. Step by step, Stella understood her diagnosis didn’t define who she was and she was strong, capable and she didn’t need to change for anybody. And Michael😍He was amazing with Stella, understanding her boundaries; her need for routines, her discomfort for loud noise and crowded places. He was dealing with his own issues and he had insecurities and fears which made him act like a fool in the end, but he was a great character with his love for his mother and sacrifices for his family. Both Stella and Michael were able to overcome their issues with each other’s help and love. And it was amazing😍The story was both sexy and emotional; the characters were loveable and cute. And I’ve just learnt that this book is going to be a movie, I can’t wait to see Stella and Michael on the screen🥳
