I was gonna give this book 2 stars since it was a very tough read. Especially the middle chapters. It is not that the subject is not interesting. Although the subject is very intriguing, the book is written in such a dry/boring/academic fashion that I really forced myself to finish it. Having said that the last chapter about happiness was extremely well. Also, throughout the book some novel/mind boggling ideas were splattered which can change the way you look at yourself and people around you. I believe this book is a must to increase your self-awareness. I just wish that the language was a little bit easier for an average reader.
