“I have love in me the likes of which you can scarcely imagine and rage the likes of which you would not believe. 4/5 Stars (%80/100) 2nd reading: I didn't realize it's been 7 years since I first read this. This time, I especially enjoyed the unfinished poem and its connection to the Silmarillion. Apparently, Tolkien was also inspired by Arthurian legends in creating Middle-earth. Overall, this is a really good book and Tolkien fans must read it. I've decided to change my score from %78 to %80. I have always been a fan of legends and myths about great heroes. King Arthur is one of those heroes. This book is underrated in my opinion. Many people know Tolkien only because of Middle-earth, that's fair but there is so much more to Tolkien than merely Middle-earth. This is one of those not well-known books of Tolkien just like Beowulf, Sir Gawain, and other folk tales. The Fall of Arthur is an epic poem that mainly talks about the conflict between King Arthur and Mordred the traitor. (Mordred is one of my all-time favourite characters especially in the anime Fate Apocrypha) The book might be difficult for some because of the whole Old English language and style. Yet, it is a wonderful piece that needs recognition.

4/5 Stars (%80/100) This volume continues with the history of Alma Torran and Solomon himself. Together with his friends Solomon grows up and becomes an important leader figure. Solomon's life and his adventures are actually similar to Sinbad's. He is like a god figure for many people (including other species) and even though he does not like it, he becomes king. We also learn about "rukh" and Ugo as well. Ugo has always been my favourite in the anime and it is great to learn more about him. The volume ends with another big cliffhanger. I believe the other volume will finish this Solomon's history arc thingy. Great volume in general.

4/5 Stars. (%80/100) One of the essential books of Middle-Earth that you should read from time to time. I admit that it is a bit more boring than The Silmarillion for me. However, I've still read it multiple times because of some of the information that does not really exist outside of this book. The book is split into 4 main parts: The First Age, The Second Age, The Third Age, and the last that deals with other minor details. I especially love the first part because it gives more detail about the children of Hurin as well as Gondolin (which is one of my favourite places in all of Arda). Also, the chapter about Galadriel and Celeborn in the second part is also interesting because we don't really get to learn about these characters especially Celeborn. The third part is nothing special in my opinion but the chapters regarding the palantiri and the istari in the fourth chapter are brilliant. In short, you should definitely read it at least once. I recommend you to read this right after reading The Silmarillion because it would make much more sense.

I first read Great Expectations when I was thirteen years old. It was the first of Dickens' works that I'd read of my own volition, the only other being Oliver Twist, which we'd studied parts of in school. You know, I missed out on a lot when I was thirteen. I favoured fast-paced and gritty stories and didn't understand the love for Austen (later

4/5 Stars (%78/100) Overall, it was pretty good and super fun to listen to. It is less than an hour long and I did not get bored not even once (despite the aim of the stories being for children). There are 4 stories in the collection and each of them is unique in its own way. I've always loved Gaiman as a storyteller and his voice is perfect for the job. 1-The Wolves in the Walls The story is about a girl named Lucy who is certain that there are wolves living in their walls. No one believes her including her family until the wolves come out of the walls. This was a really good story to listen to and I actually enjoyed it. 2-Cinnamon This is one is my favourite story in the collection. Princess Cinamon is a girl who cannot speak and his family hire a bunch of people (creatures) to teach her how to speak. Everything changes when a tiger appears. I don't know why but I felt really drawn into the world of Cinnamon despite its short length. 3-The Day I Swapped My Dad for Two Goldfish This is the funniest story in the collection. The title is pretty self-explanatory but there is a boy who trades his father to get two goldfish from his friend. When his mother wants the father back, he has to start a journey and make a lot of trades in order to get his father back. The idea behind the story is what makes it super funny. Loved it. 4-Crazy Hair This is actually a short poem with lots of rhymes but it can be read as a story. The story is about a girl trying to brush the narrator's hair but it is very messy and a lot happens while trying to comb the hair. It was short but fun to listen to.

4/5 Stars (%80/100) Shelley is one of my favourite poets of all time mainly because of his famous poem "Ozymandias." Ever since I've read "Ozymandias," I continued to read everything related to him. I came across this audiobook by chance and it was a really good experience overall. There are a lot of poems in this collection including "Ozymandias," "Ode to the West," "To a Skylark," and "Adonais." Bertie Carvel is the narrator and even though I liked him, I think I would prefer someone with a deeper voice. Still, it is a good audiobook and most of Shelley's poems go unnoticed, except for "Ozymandias."
