He is the best-selling author of the holy books (Quran and Bible) after Shakespeare. Agatha Miller was born on September 15, 1890 in Torquay, England. She married Archibald Christie of the Royal Air Force in 1914. The couple divorced in 1928 and had a daughter named Rosalind. In his writing career that lasted more than half a century, he wrote 79 novels and short stories. He has also written more than a dozen plays, including The Mousetrap, which opened in London on 25 November 1952 and is the longest-running theater play to date. Christie's first book, "The Mysterious Affair Style", published in 1920, is also her first work to feature her famous hero, Belgian Detective Hercule Poirot. Christie, who created Hercule Poirot, one of the most famous characters in the literary world, used this hero in 33 novels and many short stories. Another hero is the female character Miss Jane Marple. He portrayed Miss Marple in "The Murder at the Vicarage", which he wrote in 1930. He introduced it to his readers with his novel. The adventures of both heroes have become television series or movies. Murder on the Orient Express in 1974, "Witness for the Prosecution" in 1957, and Death on the Nile in 1978 are among his most successful films. Agatha Christie also wrote six sentimental novels under the pseudonym Mary Westmacott. She also wrote books about the archaeological excavations she participated in with her second husband, Sir Max Mallowan. In 1971, she was awarded Britain's highest honorary title, "Female Commander of the British Empire". He received his badge. Agatha Christie died on January 12, 1976.
