Masalları sever misiniz? En sevdiğiniz masal hangisi? Maddie'nin Külkedisi hakkındaki ödevini mahvetmek yeterli değildi - üvey kardeşi Holden bir şekilde GERÇEK peri masalını bozdu. Elimden geldiğince her versiyonlarını okur/izlerim. Bu seriyi de görür görmez büyük bir heyecana kapıldım ve hemen okumak istedim. Bu kitap çok komikti. İlk sayfanın sonunda tam anlamıyla yüksek sesle gülüyordum. Jerry Mahoney'nin Külkedisi'nin orijinal hikayesini şimdiye kadar okuduğum en komik kitaplardan biri haline getirmesine bayıldım. Kitaptaki ana karakterlerden biri olan Holden’ı Jerry Mahoney'nin bu kadar iyi noktalara değindirmesini de sevdim, mesela Külkedisi diğer insanlarla aynı ayakkabı numarasına sahip olmaz mıydı? Prens neden insanları tanıyamıyor? Henüz serinin sadece ilk kitabını okudum fakat buna bakarak bile serinin büyüleyici olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Bence her evde olması gereken bir seri. Gönül rahatlığıyla alabilir kendiniz ve/veya çocuğunuza okuyabilirsiniz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim! / Do you like fairy tales? What is your favorite fairy tale? It wasn't enough to ruin Maddie's report on Cinderella - her stepbrother, Holden, has somehow broken the ACTUAL fairy tale. The ugly stepsister is marrying the prince, and there's no happy ever after! The only way to fix it is by entering the story. But if Holden and Maddie can't solve the problem, they'll be stuck in the fairy tale world forever. As long as I can remember, I have loved fairy tales and fairy tale adaptations. I read / watch every version of it as best I can. As soon as I saw this series, I was very excited and wanted to read it immediately. This book was hilarious. I was literally laughing-out-loud by the end of the first page. I loved how Jerry Mahoney made the original story of Cinderella into one of the most hilarious books I've ever read. I also loved how Jerry Mahoney had Holden, one of the main characters in the book, make so many good points, such as, wouldn't Cinderella have the same shoe size as other people? Why can't the Prince recognize people? I have just read the first book of the series yet, but even looking at this, I can say that the series is fascinating. I think it is a series that should be in every home. You can take it with peace of mind and read it to yourself and / or your child. I highly recommend it!
