This is the last play written by Sarah Kane before she ended her life. It's not a usual play, not a usual writing. It's painful, intense and, lyrical. It depicts the mentality of SK, words scattered like thoughts.
4.48 is said to be the time when humans are most vulnerable and most likely to commit a suicide.
The play is out of time, out of sequence and out of space. It takes us to the corridors of a psychiatric facility and back to the protoganists mind.
