Great volume! With the battle's ending, Griffith and the Hawks are even more famous. Griffith is one step closer to his dream while Guts is intent on leaving. He simply overheard Griffith's idea of a friend and it shook him so deeply that he wants to leave fame, glory, money and friends behind just to find himself. It's obvious is Guts is physically superior to Griffith but he feels lost and needs to go on a journey of self-identity to find his true self. Guts is such a complex character but you can't just hate Griffith, he is very charming. That's the reason the Hawks and others continue to follow him. Guts leaving Griffith to find himself was great. It was amazing to see the parallels from their fight three years ago.
