I don't really know what to say about the book People We Meet on Vacation. It felt a bit cliché to me — well, not completely cliché, but after a certain point, it was pretty obvious what was going to happen. It wasn’t boring though; I listened to it with curiosity, and it was nice to listen to. I finished it in one day. This was the first time I read a book by this author, and it seems that people either really like or really dislike her books.
Will I read another one of her books? Yes, but I can't say that I loved this one. Especially the female character — I didn’t really understand her, maybe that's why. Actually, I’d say I just couldn’t connect with the characters.
But overall, it’s a readable book.
