This is simply wonderful suspense short story. I love Stephen King, the king of suspense and horror books.
In the book a brother and sister hear a little boy crying for help in a field of very tall grass. They go inside to save him, but they quickly realize they are trapped. The grass is not normal; it moves and changes so they cannot find their way out. Even when they are standing close to each other, they cannot meet.
The field is a scary place that makes people go crazy. At the center of the grass, there is a strange black rock that has an evil power. The story shows how a simple act of kindness can turn into a terrible nightmare. It is a very short but frightening book about being lost in a place where the rules of nature do not work anymore.
