4/5 Stars (%72/100) This review is for SSS-Class Suicide Hunter's Season 1 (Chapters 1-40). The concept is very interesting and I quite enjoyed reading through it. The pacing is good, the characters seem interesting and the art style is pretty. The story is about Kim Gong-ja and his journey of climbing a tower. He gets a very unique skill but it all depends on dying to use it. I'm not going to spoil it too much but it is a pretty interesting series. I'll continue to read before I write a very detailed review.

poet is a liar
Oscar Wilde lived in Victorian Era but resisted their beliefs. In literary criticism, we see that before Oscar Wilde, poets were trying to defend poetry against some accusations and chargings. But here he advocates poet and poetry and says, yes poet is a liar and that is what it should be, otherwise there would be no difference between philosophy and poetry or history and poetry. According to him, if you want to read something true or real you need to read something another rather than poetry. Also he advocates that life imitates art, not art imitates life. It means that artists and people are effecting from art and start to live their life with that.

Importance of Self-awareness
Crusoe’s arrival on the island does not make him revert to a brute existence controlled by animal instincts, and, unlike animals, he remains conscious of himself at all times. Indeed, his island existence actually deepens his self-awareness as he withdraws from the external social world and turns inward. The idea that the individual must keep a careful reckoning of the state of his own soul is a key point in the Presbyterian doctrine that Defoe took seriously all his life. We see that in his normal day-to-day activities, Crusoe keeps accounts of himself enthusiastically and in various ways. For example, it is significant that Crusoe’s makeshift calendar does not simply mark the passing of days, but instead more egocentrically marks the days he has spent on the island: it is about him, a sort of self-conscious or autobiographical calendar with him at its center. Similarly, Crusoe obsessively keeps a journal to record his daily activities, even when they amount to nothing more than finding a few pieces of wood on the beach or waiting inside while it rains. Crusoe feels the importance of staying aware of his situation at all times. We can also sense Crusoe’s impulse toward self-awareness in the fact that he teaches his parrot to say the words, “Poor Robin Crusoe. . . . Where have you been?” This sort of self-examining thought is natural for anyone alone on a desert island, but it is given a strange intensity when we recall that Crusoe has spent months teaching the bird to say it back to him. Crusoe teaches nature itself to voice his own self-awareness.

There is lots of different types of story which depend on the mysteries of God in Black and White …No heavy stuff about “GOD” in this book all, unless u take a minute to contemplate quietly on a story after reading it.The parables (short stories) ;soul travel, dreams, karma, initiation into the sound and lights of God,death and reincarnation…etc. They cover an important range of topics of this book. While I was reading each parables I need a break :( Believe or not -accept or unaccept! I think who wants to start on the path home to God may believe each of them - lights of God. Meanwhile I need to set good examples -What is it? - Car trouble Boomerang,Cow paths of the mind. Some contemplations that I choose from this book ..Soul can create whatever it needs-We learn that everything that happens to us is something to teach us more about the laws of Spirit..

defence of poesy üzerine kısa bir özet
Sir Philip Sidney, as a legendary figure in his own lifetime, was a courtier, soldier, statesman, amateur scholar, and poet. Also in his works we see Renaissence humanism. the Apology is really important for understanding synthesis of the Renaissence understanding of classical theory. Sidney adapted classical and medieval models while writing it.

First Principles is Herbert Spencer's huge prospectus to the rest of his work, the synthetic philosophy. Spencer divides truth into the Unknowable and Knowable. Whether god(s) exists or not, whether the universe is eternal or was created is unknowable. We can't conceive of self-creation, eternity, or nothingness. This makes the positions
