Bill gates once told that in life you must do two things - 1. Walk daily as much as you can so that you can see what's your body is capable what's your inner strength and you won't giveup in life. and 2 - To read many books as you can by reading you can understand others mistake and you can improve yourself by not overdoing the samemistake what others do in past. I think i do both.. walking and reading... but only problem is that i am slow. btw this book is good to read must good practice to try... overall good book for self improvement.

• The book speak in a straight and simple that if you don't respect your parents or childhood abuse , your body is the one who is going to pay the bill. • The author give example of big artists life's how they were treated in childhood and what was the consequences of this in their life. • If you are the one of culprit of bad relationship with your family , you may understand the books better. • I think the main motive of the book is to take a stand and raise your voice if you are facing any of the issues it is not important that parents are always right . • Why i Read - This book was recommended by one of a indian youtuber so i decided lets give a try and must say this book is pretty unique in its own way. • What i Read - The book is divided into 3 parts - Life in Auschwitz, Art of Legotherapy, Conclusion. • The author frankl was one of the prisoner of auschwitz which was one of concentration camp during World War and he shares his experience along with emotion in detailed in this book. • The life which one individual lived or died in Auschwitz was quite hard for one to even imagine. • The main motive of the book is like how one individual can stay alive & positively in hard situations in Auschwitz and to find the meaning of life even after survival of Auschwitz. Well this book have quite impact on me - After reading this book .. i was like .. what is my meani g of life ?... what am i doing with life ?.. Why i read - This book was recommended by my friend @AlCESTE , so i taught lets give a try :) What i read - • As the book name say , this book show 24 hours of of a women life (Mrs.C).in which her emotions and feeling for one stranger is expressed in the form of words in book. • This book show how the people judge women (Henriette) after she leave her husband and child for the love of men who have meet him in last 24hours. • I like the way of expressing feeling and taught by Mrs C who share her own feeling,love and regret for one individual. • I must say that Stefan Zweig is good in expressing the relationship between two strange individuals of different age and the book speak that only women can understand the feeling of other women. Why i read - This book is recommended by someone on youtube , so i taught let's give a try. What i read - •This book about the story of men - Gregor Samsa who is salesman by profession living with his family. •One day he wake from sleep and found himself converted into big creature like body. •First he hide himself from the family and later they got to know that there son is nomore a normal human being and here the emotion and feeling towards him begin to change. •His family try to ignore him and they get rid of it and started to treat him badly , Isolation from the family is the main part of the body. •No matter how much your family loves you, sometimes they get rid of you .. i think this message was spread by the author through this book. •Last part of book when gregor took his last breath and soon after his family start to live normal life, this was quite disturbing for me thank you. Why i read - This book was suggested by one of my friend, after checking online i got to know that's it is related to Japan, the country of perfectionist, so i taught let's give a try . What i read - The Book speak about ikigai - ikigai can be anything you can do or want to want and which you will continue to the rest of life and will add meaning to your life. • The author share the information of old peoples from all over the world which is alive for more than 100 years and share their secret to live longer. • Most happy and successful people around the world are the one who have found their ikigai - the purpose and meaning of there life. • The best part which i like in this book is that author speaks about the concept of Wabi - Sabi (appreciating unperfect things), Stoicism and Buddhism and also share the good exercise for body. "Life is not a problem to be solved. Just remember to have something that keeps you busy doing what you love while being surrounded by the people who love you" • Well i enjoy this book reading it was related to self improvement.
