Good insights on AI. Instead of getting too much into technical aspect of AI, Kai-Fu focuses more on the economic and social ramifications which he successfully analyzed though he is neither an economist nor a sociologist. His main claim is that China is positioned better than USA in terms of taking the lead on AI revolution. And he supports this claim with lots of solid arguments. He brought up lots of important issues/questions on AI revolution and asks many right questions. I hope policymakers do read this book as well. One thing I loved about this book is that it provides the feel of Chinese digital economy and culture vividly. Also, Kai-Fu's personal story on cancer was touchy. It was very nice that he tied a cold topic as AI to a warm personal experience.
