Mary Efendi, Azerbaycan'ın Bakü kentinde doğdu ve 2003 yılında Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'ne taşındı. ABD'de neredeyse yirmi yıl geçirdikten sonra hayat Mary'yi Bakü'ye geri getirdi.
