Educator, bureaucrat, poet, writer and politician, member of parliament. Born in 1953, Hazro / Diyarbakır. He graduated from Hazro Merkez Primary School (1965), Siirt High School (1979), Diyarbakır Education Institute (1973), Turkey and Middle East Public Administration Institute (1982). Master's degree at Neereast University (2003). He completed his doctorate in political science at the American Middle East University (2008). After working as a teacher and administrator in secondary schools for a while (1973-77), he worked in the central organization of the Ministry of National Education and served as branch manager (1977), education specialist (1978), and ministry consultant (1978-84). He served as Head of the Education and Training Department (1984) and Publications Department (1985). Leaving his post, Message He founded the publications and served as the editor-in-chief of the Panel magazine he published (1989). He served as chairman of the board of directors of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality EGO General Directorate, AŞTİ, BUGSAŞ, BELYA, BELPA. He was elected as Diyarbakır Deputy from the RP list in the December 1995 general elections, and from the FP list in 1999, and served in the parliament. He served as a Member of RP GİK. He was among the founders of FP and SP. He served as SP Deputy Group Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and SP Deputy Chairman. Ömer Vehbi Hatipoğlu's writings and poems were published in Pınar (1989), Turkish Literature (1985), Millî Gazete (1987-89), Panel (1989) magazines and newspapers. Some of his works were released on cassette.
