I would like to award my “Best-book of 2018” to “Switch”. It is one of the most “actionable” books I have ever read. It provides very practical and clear recommendations on how to change yourself, your organization or the society. If you want to get rid of a bad habit (who does not want to) or add a good one, I highly recommend reading this book. Also, kudos to the authors for sharing their framework at the end of the book as a one-pager. Awesome. Great work Dan & Chip Heath.
