Henry De Vere Stacpoole (9 Nisan 1863 - 12 Nisan 1951), Kingstown'da (şimdi Dún Laoghaire'de) doğmuş bir İrlandalı yazardı. En iyi bilinen eseri, üç kez uzun metrajlı filmlere uyarlanmış olan 1908 romantik romanı The Blue Lagoon.
Kırk yıldan uzun bir süredir bir geminin doktoru olan Stacpoole, Güney Pasifik adaları konusunda da bir uzmandı. Kitaplarında sık sık bu adalara aşina olduğu doğal yaşam ve medeniyetlerin ayrıntılı açıklamaları yer aldı.
1920'lerde Wight Adası'na taşındı ve ölümüne kadar orada yaşadı. 1951'de Bonchurch'de gömüldü. Eserlerinde kendi ismini ve bazen takma adıyla "Tyler De Saix'i" kullanarak yayınladı .
