There is a diploma programme called IB (International Baccalaureate) in which high school students take for two years. The aim of the programme is to give students an international diploma to enroll easily into any university in the worldm. Marshall's Prisoners of Geography is always on a reading list in Turkiye. That was the reason I bought it along with The Power of Geography, the book gives a summary of current and past political insight into the some important geographical places on earth. It is an essential read for people who are into basics of current politics in the world and provides a foundation for studying further. My only critism would be the extent of the book, it should have been way more thicker with more geographical locations. I recommend it to the amateur readers like I am.
