Masaru Emoto (江本 勝 Emoto Masaru, d. 22 Temmuz 1943) insan bilincinin suyun moleküler yapısı üzerinde etkisi olduğunu savununan bir Japon yazardır.
Emoto'nun hipotezi yıllar boyunca gelişim göstermiştir. Çalışmalarının başında suyun kendisine tabi tutulduğu enerjiyle "rezonans" halinde olduğuna ve kirletilmiş suyun dua ve potizif görüntüleme teknikleriyle eski haline döndürülebileceğine inanıyordu.
1999'dan beri Emoto Messages from Water (Sudan Mesajlar) adlı çalışmasına ait birkaç cilt yayınlamıştır. Bu çalışmalar, su ile yaptığı deneyleri ve deneylerin sonucunda suyun oluşturduğu kristal yapısının fotoğrafları içermektedir. Emoto'nun fikirleri "Ne Biliyoruz Ki?" adlı belgesel filminde yer almaktadır.
