This is the first book in the series that I didn't enjoy. Reyes was okay, but Emme? No. She was too annoying, she objected to every single thing he said or done. I enjoy some fun bratness, but Emme was straight up irritating. It was exhausting to catch up with her personality. For almost 200 pages all she did was to get scared, fall over, have an accident, get herself injured, complain about every single thing. Their Daddy/little dynamic or their attaction to each other was kind of forced.

God, I HATE suprise pregnancies. Why, why, why would you choose THAT to bring them together? Why? It ruins everything. It is not hot, not fun, not romantic. It is forced as hell. It forses them to be together and it kills all the romance. I'm so mad at the authors who choose easy and cheap pregnancy thing to finish their story. I hate it.
Okey, there is the thing; I love it.
At first I thought this book was just RH, kinky smut. But this was a. real. book! A good one.
At first I didn't like the book because it started like a teenage wattpad book and I hate the fact that there is a person on the cover of the book, for these two reasons I was turned off by the book, but as I read it, I realized that it was good. I still don't look at the cover of the book, I won't.
Also, I'm not denigrating wattpad here because I've read it and I still read it occasionally. But now I said "teenage wattpad book." I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, we all know those books. :)
I'm really surprised. I didn't expect it to be such a good book, I expected a nonsense book with only smut, but I was wrong. The book is not perfect, but it is really good. It's good enough to make me want to read the second book.
I don't know when I will start the second book and when I will finish it because I promised my friend that I will read "Deviant king" and we will gossip about it. But I will definitely read the second book one day.
One of the lamest personal development books I have read. It was so bad that I couldn't even finish it. The only reason I guess it got high rating score on Amazon is probably the book was promoted by Christian community of the author. Because she is a devout Christian active in the community. In short, stay away from it.
