David's extensive empirical research in astrology and consultations with thousands of clients has formed the basis for his development of Vibrational Astrology, a new and exciting data driven and evidence-based form of astrology that provides helpful insights to clients. David is a popular speaker at international astrology conferences, author of two astrology books, past President of the International Society for Astrological Research (ISAR), Research Director for ISAR, the 2018 winner of the prestigious Regulus Award for Discovery, Innovation, and Research, co-founder of the Avalon School of Astrology, and the lead programmer for two of the leading astrology software companies: Cosmic Patterns Software and Matrix Software. David has a MA degree in Research and Evaluation Methodology and he works with academics, business people, and professionals around the world on developing astrological products and services and research projects. David has collaborated with dozens of astrology on a wide range of projects.David was a full-time professional astrologer from 1972 to 1981. He interviewed and consulted over 10,000 people. He developed a system of astrology which has evolved since then into what is now known as Vibrational Astrology. There is a Vibrational Astrology Conference in early April of every year in Gainesville, Florida.
