Shayla Hart is a UK-based author who lives in London with her partner and two teenage sons. When Shayla isn't at her full-time job planning weddings and events, she's delving deep into another world—a world inhabited by morally grey, sinfully handsome men filled with romance and just the perfect sprinkle of spice.
Shayla wrote her first book back in 2006 when she was battling severe depression to escape the dark thoughts in her head. Feeling helpless and with no outlet to fuel her feelings, she poured everything into her writing and bit by bit through buckets of tears, those dark thoughts that kept her up most nights slowly disappeared.
Shayla has previously published works, but it wasn't until 2020, when COVID hit and Shayla started acting out POVs on her TikTok platform. When her followers requested her to write the series into a book, she wrote her novel The Accidental Wife, which is loosely based on her life and it was from there she became the successful writer she is today.
