Toby Fox, Amerikalı bir video oyunu geliştiricisi ve bestecisidir. En çok Undertale ve Deltarune oyunlarını geliştirmesiyle tanınır. Ayrıca webcomic Homestuck'ın yanı sıra Hiveswap, Escaped Chasm, Little Town Hero, Pokémon Sword and Shield ve Super Smash Bros. Ultimate için müzik besteledi.
