Thomas Edgar Wheeler Amerikalı bir iş adamı ve eski hükümet yetkilisidir. Demokrat Parti üyesi olan Wheeler, Federal İletişim Komisyonu'nun 31. Başkanı olarak görev yapmıştır. Başkan Barack Obama tarafından atanmış ve Kasım 2013'te ABD Senatosu tarafından onaylanmıştır.
