" First of all, you do not have to recognize or acknowledge that a choice exits in order for it to exits; you can choose and not know it . You can choose by default- that is choosing not to choose is also a choice. Second, because most people consider whatever they do habitually to be normal, you may have accepted self-limiting behavoir not as a choice but as simply the way you "naturally "are . That is , what feels normal and natural now was once a matter of choice. When you can recognize the element of choice, you have the oppurtunity to make a new one. " Page 17
