In this volume, the battle between Higuruma and Itadori is concluded. Higuruma is a brilliant addition as a character and I hope we see more of him in the future. The other half of the book is dedicated to Megumi and his fights. It is honestly great how much Megumi has grown as a character (not only in terms of power). The book ends with a huge cliffhanger. Overall, I think this was a pretty strong volume. I had my doubts about the Culling Game Arc but it's been great so far.
