Don't snack between meals. Boredom or snack habit will ruin your precious hunger. Overeating is not a cure for boredom. On the contrary it leads to obesity and lethargy, which reduces activity and therefore causes boredom. A fit and healthy mind and body should never be bored. If you find yourself hungry between meals, it's for one of two reasons. Either you're not getting enough nutrients at those meals, and the other possible explanation is that you really are going too long without eating.
