Warum Krieg? = Why War?, Sigmund Freud
This discussion is launched with the famous exchange of letters between Sigmund Freud and Albert in 1932 and subsequently published in Freud’s Collected Writings. Why War?, the letter from Einstein and Freud's reply to it were published in 1933 by the International Institute of Intellectual Cooperation. They formed part of an international series of open letters, sponsored by the Institute, in which leading intellectuals exchanged ideas on major questions, the most crucial of which was the threat of war.
