Couple chapters are fine, interesting. But the rest is off the topic. Brings out more questions than answers about AI which may be a direct result of current confusion of scientists on AI. Even the basic terms such as intelligence, life, consciousness can't be defined clearly. Let alone decide where shall we move with AI, what should be our goal with it. And who to guide/lead this effort? Many topics are elaborated too vaguely and technical. They are not explained clearly. You just read the lines but they don't mean too much. Knowing something is different than explaining it.
