4/5 Stars (%74/100) Boruto, if not obvious from its title, is the son of Naruto. The story revolves around Boruto and his friends at the new Konoha. The world is in peace and the new generation takes over from Naruto's generation. Naruto is the Hokage and Boruto is not too happy about it. I've grown fond of Boruto (both as a character and manga) even though I was hesitant at first. Naruto holds a very special place in my heart and at first, Boruto did not meet my expectations. However, in the last couple of chapters of the manga, I realized I have to look at Boruto as something different. I obviously suggest you to finish Naruto first but even if you don't I don't think you'll have too many problems.
