Kadircan Kaflı (b. 1899, Dagestan - ö. 22 January 1969, Istanbul), Turkish journalist and politician. He graduated from Ankara Gazi Education Institute in 1938. He studied Literature and Turkish as a teacher in Yeni Sabah, Homeland, and Translation. l He wrote interviews and jokes in man newspapers (1936-69). "Translator" since 1968 "Hello" in the newspaper. He wrote daily jokes under the title. Among these, there are also articles about the Caucasus and the Caucasian diaspora. After the 27 May 1960 Coup, the Republican Peasants joined the Constituent Assembly. He was elected as a representative of the Nation Party (CKMP). In the 1961 general elections, he was elected as a Konya deputy from the same party and entered the Turkish Grand National Assembly again (1961-65). He was a member of the Journalists' Association, chaired the Federation of Turkish Immigrant and Refugee Associations and the North Caucasus Turkish Cultural Association.[1] In addition to his journalism, some of the stories, poems and novels he wrote are; Sea (1933), Northern Caucasus (1942), Yağız Atlı (1943), Golden Leaves from Atatürk's(1943), Pirate's Nest (1943),Ottoman Historical Storms in the Era (1943), Those Buried Alive (1947), Mithat Pasha (1948), Turkey's Destiny (1965), Hz.
