According to Stoic philosophy, the previous processes are responsible for the universe’s ongoing alternating formation and destruction in a never-ending cycle known as palingenesis. The stoics formed the belief that the human soul is an eternal aspect of the universe’s process and existence as a result of this concept. This concept of the soul’s ultimate immortality is, of course, completely compatible with most modern religions.
