Think of a female serial killer who tortures fiercely before killing her victims. She is so strong, determined and skillful that no one can catch her. Lana Myers is going after everybody who hurt her and her brother irreversibly ten years ago. The FBI agent and profiler Logan Bennett and his team are determined to find this ‘revenge’ killer before he/she begins to hurt innocent people. When Logan meets and falls in love with Lana, he has no idea that the merciless killer he is after is the woman right next to him. For Lana, Logan is the last piece that keeps her ‘human’ and she only hopes that Logan will understand her when he finds out that the bloodshed is her doing.
Lana Myers!!! She was the strongest female character I’ve read in this kind of books. She was amazing, powerful, and could kick everybody’s ass no matter how strong they were. Yes, she tortured, killed, even enjoyed killing but the people she murdered were so terrible that you can’t get angry with her. What they did to her and Marcus ten years ago was horrible and enough to turn an innocent girl into a killing machine who doesn’t stop until she gets her revenge. And Logan! He was a great character and the perfect guy for Lana. I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough because I was so excited. I knew that Logan would eventually learn the truth but again I was thrilled all the time. I was so scared that Lana was going to get caught before she got her revenge. The tension and the feeling of not knowing what will come next were great! Before I recommend it madly, I must say that the
