I finished The Housemaid and honestly it was one of those books that keeps you slightly uncomfortable the whole time in a good way. Just when you think you understand the characters and the situation, the story quietly shifts and makes you question everything again. The tension builds slowly, but the twists hit hard. Definitely one of those psychological thrillers that stays in your head even after the last page.
