Stefan Zweig-Chess Undoubtedly Stefan Zweig is one of the writers who reflects human emotions and handles them deeply. I can say that after reading Metamorphosis (I mentioned it to everyone and made a review of ), I couldn’t escape from its influence, and cannot still. It mentioned the value of human beings. It emphasized Gregor himself. Franz Kafka depicted the protagonist, Gregor as a ghost to reveal whether Gregor thinks of himself or considers what people say. Similarly, Chess succeeded in being one of my priorities with an emphasis on humans and his struggle to be healthy. What I mean by the word ‘healthy’? Okay. I want to ask a question to you. Do passions keep a person alive? Can they make a person mad as well? I will try to guess what your answer is. What if passions encourage a person to span a good life, can passions cause to the point he will suffer as well? That is what Zweig emphasizes. Zweig deals with Dr. B. in the book to show how strong and intelligent he is in the middle of nowhere, on the verge of insanity… Is it possible for a person to be mad and lose functions of the brain stemming from solidity and speechlessness? Maybe if he couldn’t find the chess book in the pocket of the guard, despair and loneliness would bring about madness! ---“Was that chess or madness in the cell?!” I think that there would not be any problem if the passion did not turn to jeopardy, and they do not symbolize the worst moments. The reason he is still smart and makes proper sentences in this isolated life is chess. He continuously studied it. He contemplated the chess board in his mind without real tools. He solved its rules and how to play on his own. And this passion went on in that way. He was imprisoned by the Nazis who has pressure on Austria to get important

It Ends with Us & It Starts with Us by Colleen HOOVER Written by Colleen Hoover who is #1 Sunday Times bestselling author of ‘It Ends with Us’, these books are up-to-date and based on love relationships. Although this sometimes leads to a love and hate triangle, the first love can be different from the others.  So, it can be unnecessary for fighting. Before reading these books, I thought that ‘It Ends with Us comes after ‘It Starts with Us. However, when I learned the opposite, I was surprised and charmed by this tiny turmoil. It started to seem so meaningful for me. I can say that it is a sign of happiness and new beginnings in the former book, which make me feel good at least after the first one. Don’t be confused, please. ‘It Ends with Us’ is the first one which some spots and the climax occur, ‘It starts with Us’ is the last one which a woman trying to  run away from pains. In the books, we have three main characters, but the protagonist is Lily. All happenings are around Lily. Who is trying to be happy, healthy and in the pursuit of happiness… Her experiences she has with two men and her father encompasses the big part of the book. While Lily is a child, she is exposed of his father’s imbalanced manner due to excessive alcohol consumption. Unfortunately, she witnesses his mother’s dependence and vulnerability. Lily’s mom directly personalizes Collen’s mom. At the end of ‘It Ends with Us’, in eponym part, Colleen mentions that. Collen Hoover writes these book by considering her real-life challenges. Actually, she just decides to write ‘It Ends with Us. However, the readers don’t want to see Lily’s unhappiness all the time. They want to see her live in a good way. Hence, Colleen aims to write ‘It Starts with Us. I have just read the books, but I would do what the

This book takes place a group of teens’ life and experiences. In first pages, character information is already listed. So, It provides us to understand the occasions at all. When it comes to content, The Sinclairs are a rich family, which has an island. They always travel there in summer on which the secrets are hidden. This group is called as ‘Liars’ as understood from the title. The liars are that; Cadence, Mirren, Johny. Gat coming after a while also includes this group. Also, —spoiler—he is Cadence’s love after some time. Those moments was boring for me a bit. Because they try to be together but I think they find excuses sometimes. Anyway, these four teens have one common point. In summer fifteen, when all bad or good moments were experienced, when all happenings were milestone for each of them. -spoiler- it is nothing for them anymore but for Cadence… Because cadence lost her friends, cousins, love and accomplices due to their own planned tragedy. I am sorry for Cadence, it must have been terrible moments she have never experienced. I don’t want to spoil the end. Read, devise and tell me whether its end engages your attention or not. Thank you for reading my review.

Metamorphosis written by Franz Kafka I desire this book with its content and the stream of the story so much. I think that the writer tells everything he wants to emphasize. What he wants to point out is that we always span a bordered life. What I mean by “bordered” is that we go on living with our inevitable habits. Why inevitable? Actually, habits are not inevitable, we perceive in that way. In this book, — spoiler-Gregor, who is the hero of the story, finds himself in a strange situation. He turned into an odd creature. Despite his heavy body shape happened because of turning a creature, he immediately tried to stand up because he noticed he was late to go for work. As you can understand from this sentence, like we do every time, he was hurried up not to be late. But he should have thought and cared his situation. “Why did he turn a strange creature, how this happened?” But, he didn’t. -spoiler- Her boss came in his house to warn due to his absence. Gregor tried to the best but didn’t want her family and her boss to see him in that way. Her sister cared him so much. After a while, she was bored and even started to convince them to go him away. We shouldn’t just do our tasks or can’t sometimes do them properly. Gregor is an example of that. He cared his tasks and the others’s feelings rather than thinking his own pity situation. Please don’t just focus on your around, but care yourself! I like this book so much and wanted to tell my opinions to give some pre-information because you may want to read this book someday. I was attracted so much while witnessing Gregors’ pity situation and of course was angry at his being careless for himself!
