Dont waste time by walking to each other, not knowing anything about each other, not knowing the problems of each other, not being interested in each other. My job as a manager is to help them to grow together. I need to create situations where they can do that. And if I need to be hash to everyone, so that they can get together, I had to do it.
It is about they need to understand why we are a very special team in a very hard and difficult competition. But we need to find a reason, why we deserve it more than any other competitors. And people try to convince today with knowledge, but it is about how close can we really grow together to go out there and smash the sh*t out of them.
The idea is to grow as close as possible to be willed to walk through fire together.
You need to create a culture, evironment, situation and a vibe where everybody realizes "this is special". The underlining message must be "this is special and now lets go for it, this is worth it and this means more for all of us, that we can really fight more for it".
One part of the togetherness is to know everybody by their names, even the kitchen staff, the garnder and others. This creates a special environment where we show respect. This special environment was for me the most important. At that time we created our own world, which was more important than the outside world.
It does not matter how the cantine is designed. Even though if they sit together, but dont like each other, the best cantine design does not help. Therefore, I want to introduce them to each other on the pitch. On the pitch by the way, as we are football players,

Evrenin karmaşıklığı, modern bilimin uzmanlaşmış ve parçalı yaklaşımıyla her geçen gün daha da artmaktadır. Her disiplin kendi sınırları içinde derinleşirken, bilim ve felsefe arasındaki köprüler zayıflamıştır. Bu makale, kuantum fiziğinden yapay zekaya ve iklim değişikliğine kadar uzanan en temel konulara, yeni bir bütünsel yaklaşım olan "Evrenin Metapolydiyalektik Akışı" felsefesiyle ışık tutmaktadır. Amacımız, evrenin farklı katmanlarındaki olguların altında yatan, çoğu zaman gözden kaçırılan ortak ilkeyi ortaya koymaktır: her şeyin bir "akış" içinde ve birbiriyle "rezonans" halinde var olduğu. Günümüz dünyası, her şeyin bir tuşa basarak üretilebildiği, sanal ve dijital formların gerçekliğin yerini aldığı bir çağa evriliyor. Bu dönüşüm, en eski insanlık aktivitelerinden biri olan sanatı da temelinden sarsıyor. Yakın zamanda bir yapay zekâ yazılımının, insan jürili bir sanat yarışmasında birincilik ödülü kazanması, bu tartışmayı alevlendirdi. In striking contrast to the Christian bandits, real chivalry was to be found among the Saracen "infidels" like the Moslem leader Saladin. He was a natural warrior, unequalled in his knowledge of the arts of war at that time. He was also brave, loyal and generous. Born a Kurd, when the Kurds were looked down upon by Arabs, he had risen from the ranks and became one of the Sultan's most trusted guards.
