It is better than the previous two volumes but in general, I would say it is on the weaker side. To rescue Elizabeth, the Sins attack the capital and fight a bunch of guys. Elizabeth, after 9 volumes, is still a plot device and the part of a cliche damsel in distress idea. Seeing more of Gowther was good and I also liked the introduction of Arthur Pendragon, mainly because I love the figure from legends. It was good overall but it could be much better because of the potential many of these characters have.
