Another sleepless night driven by the anxiety of “what am I going to do?”, fear of getting lost, questioning success and self worth and a sense of exhaustion from constantly feeling fear and sadness. It’s like the brain tries to suppress emotions to avoid self pity, while at the same time there’s a struggle with the belief that emotions need to be fully experienced. I guess it’s another one of those 20s growing pains.
