after the %30 mark i just completely lost my patience for this book. a whole group of people with women in charge, and not one, not two and not three but FOUR power a girl can get. and also a magical forest with walking trees that can hug eachother. still not enough for the woodsmen. huh? not for me, certainly. ALSO the lack of references about the languages, using culture just for the vibesand the damn streotypes. at least it’s finished

i had a good time while reading it. it feels like its too long but when come to think of it, the things that happen needed to be written. but i started to say "ok then it's ending ig? how about those pages?" and boom another thing that needs to be explained because it is mentioned before. and those things eventually comes to an end but then again, another adventure to go into. on and on.
i giggled a lot. i even laughed a few times. i love the side characters. but i don't know if i will read the second book though. it's a bit tiring to read, i needed breaks in every adventure they get into.
still, i really enjoyed reading this book. a 7 for me
3 günde bitti. son kitap okumamda kitap elimde çürüyecekken ilaç gibi geldi. akıcı, komik ve doyurucuydu. kafamı takacağım boşlukları yoktu ya da fazlaca anlatılmış fazlaca uzatılmış fikirler. çerezlik ama çerezlik dediğim kitaplardan da güzeldi. bayadır twilight ve dracula ve tuhaf ve toksik olmayan vampirli kitap okumak istiyordum. tam istediğim vampirliliği alamamış olsam da yine de 10/10

caraval benim için çok ayrı yere sahip bir kitap. kendi hikayesinin yanı sıra küçüklüğümün büyüsünü taşıyor. seneler sonra tekrar okuduğumda o hissiyat eskisi kadar güçlü olmasa da kendini oldukça hissettiriyordu. ANCAK legendary ne caraval dünyasıyla ne de caraval sihriyle alakası olan bir kitaptı. çocukluğumun anılarını mahvetti bu kitabı okumak. o circus core havası assssla yoktu. karakterler karmakarışık, mantıktan yoksun ve inanılmaz gereksizdi. çerezlik niyetine bile okunabilecek bir kitap olduğunu düşünmüyorum. bazen durup “yazarın karakteri 16 yaşında yapmasının bir sebebi var böyle hareketli, kafası karışık davransın diye” diye düşündüm. ama yani o kadar, O KADAR kötüydü ki anlatamıyorum. OUABH serisini okumak için lazım dediler diye zar zor bitirdim kitabı. üçüncüyü okumayacağım, sayfalarına göz gezdirdim kaçırdığım bir şey yokmuş. vakit harcamak için birebir
i lost my trust to the book blogger whose recommend this book. and the writer who write the introduction … after i read the introduction i was expecting some impressive facts about the way we (as a woman) embrace the things that the patriarchy enforce us. like i was waiting to say “i didn’t think about it in that way.”. that isolated girl whose (i think) supposed to make the 39 women and the reader question about the things which seems normal to them but does no such thing. rather than questioning she ALWAYS says “iM diFeRrent FroM yOu”. nothing makes the character reasonable in the story. what was the point of writing an isolated girl in a dozens of women if you just write a lonely woman story?
additionally, the author training to be a doctor and drop it. then explaining the medical things which refer to this knowledge, i guess and while writing the women genitals she proudly says the word “hymen” but she completely wrong by the knowing the meaning and the function of it.
if i wanted to read a woman whose escaped from a bunker and trying to find back home, i would select the book.
it is not a feminist book, not a well written book. keeping on the toes? no. keeping the hope? maybe. just a plain book who does not deserve so much hype.
