Normalde bu kadar uzun bir kitaba detaylı bir inceleme yazmak beni bayağı bir zorlar çünkü genelde kalın kitapları okumam normalden çok daha uzun sürer ama bu seriyi ve ejderhalarını biraz fazla sevdiğim için okurken notlar aldım ve tek tek düşüncelerimi sizlerle paylaşmak istiyorum çünkü diğer incelemelere baktığımda gördüm ki fazlasıyla abartılmış bir kitap.

Öncelikle besmele çekip nas felak okuyarak kitabın kapağını açıyoruz sonuçta 900 sayfalık kitap ne olur ne olmaz.
Baştan şunu söylemeliyim, ejderhalara bayılıyorum. Fantastik yaratıklar arasında en sevdiklerim kesinlikle ejderhalar. Biraz da bu yüzden bu kitaba bu kadar uzun süre katlandım çünkü gereksiz yere uzatıldığını düşünüyorum. Aslında sadece ben değil diğer incelemelere şöyle bir göz atsanız bile okurlarının neredeyse hepsinin bu kitabın gereksiz uzun olduğu kanaatinde olduğunu görürsünüz. Örnek vererek açıklayayım; ilk bölümde Aretia'daki kurulun kendi aralarında savaş oyunlarından sonra oraya giden öğrenciler hakkında karar vermelerini okuyoruz. 20. sayfanın sonunda bu konuşmalarla ilgili Brennan'ın söylediği ilk cümle geçiyor. Sonra 21. sayfaya geçiyoruz, doğal olarak sohbetin devamını okuyoruz demi. Yok o iş öyle değil. 21. sayfada Violetin o mekan hakkındaki düşüncelerini okumaya başlıyoruz. Reading witcher in english is fascinating. Even though its translated directly from Polish, English sometimes flattens the raw, gritty Slavic wit, but the dark atmosphere still punches through. I love how this book tears down pretty fairy tales. It shows a magical world ruined by ugly human realities such as injustice, racism, and violence. It proves that no matter the universe, human nature always brings the same disgusting problems. Since I’ve played all the games, I didn't have to build this world from scratch. I felt like I was returning home, totally immersed from page one. Plus, every character is so distinct you instantly adopt them. Dandelion, especially, is brilliant, his dramatic bard energy perfectly balances the grim reality. The core of the book for me is Geralt. He acts like a heartless mutant who only kills for coin, forcing himself to believe he has no feelings because society expects him to be cold. But underneath, he is incredibly soft hearted. I related to him deeply. People often call me emotionless too. But I know how much I actually care. When it matters, sometimes I act way more thoughtful and genuinely considerate than the people who constantly brag about how sensitive they are. Like Geralt, being guarded doesn't mean you don't feel. Some dislike that this is just a collection of scattered short stories, but I think it’s the perfect, low pressure gateway into the universe. It’s a fun, easy read that makes you feel both the darkness of the world and the hidden warmth of its hero.

A Critical Review of Humankind
Rutger Bregman’s book Humankind is one of the books that questions negative ideas about human nature and makes readers think. For many years, many people believed that humans are naturally selfish, bad, and only care about themselves. However, Bregman does not agree with this idea. According to him, human nature is not as dark as people think. Instead, people are more willing to help each other, understand others’ feelings, and do good things. In the book, the author supports these ideas with many examples from wars, psychology experiments, history, and biology. One of the best parts of the book is that it gives hope about humanity. Still, when I finished the book, I did not only feel admiration. On one side, I was happy to read it because it made me think differently. On the other side, some of the author’s ideas felt too optimistic to me. Because of this, the book was both interesting and questionable for me.
One of the strongest parts of the book is that it makes people question ideas about human nature that many accept without thinking. Today, we often see violence, murder, wars, and fights on television, social media, and in the news. After some time, people start to believe that the world is full of bad people. At this point, Bregman asks an important question: If humans were really bad by nature, how could societies survive for so many years? A big part of human history was shaped by helping each other, working together, and surviving together. From this side, the writer’s ideas are important and meaningful.

In Amis’s famous novel, London Fields, the witty language is used and highlighted in the book repatedly. With the use of wit and pan (word play) Amis creates one of the most intelligent written novel ‘London Fields’. These uses of high elevated language and word plays also gives us the hints of postmodern fiction. As the novel is considered one of the best novel representing postmodernism, one can appreciate it due to the style that the novel is written, by means of wit and language. To give examples from the book;
-It was fixed. It was written. The murderer was not the murderer. But the murderee had always been a murderee.
The quote from Samson Young foreshadows that the real murderer is not the one we think, it will change. However the murderee ‘Nicola’ will always be the victim, not be affected by the inconstant murderer.
- I know what his poetry will be about. What poetry is always about. The cruelty of the poet’s mistress.
In this quote we can also sense the metaphor that is made to Nicola. Here Samson , as a writer, claims that the poets are writing poetry due to the relationship between their mistresses. It is known that Young also writes a novel about Nicola, creating the same plot with the poets he criticizes.

I have read a most staggering and profound book. I don't want to give spoilers, but I want to mention how this book affected my feelings and my thoughts about society. South Korean author Han Kang writes this book from three different perspectives. She criticizes the traditional and patriarchal society of South Korea.
At the beginning of the book, Yong-hye's husband tells us about his wife. He describes her as an ordinary woman with nothing special about her. One day, Yong-hye has a nightmare and decides never to eat meat again. This causes a major conflict within the family. Her father hits her, and for this reason, she attempts suicide. Later, her brother-in-law takes her to the hospital. Due to the Mongolian spot on Yong-hye’s back, he becomes obsessed with her and sleeps with her. His wife catches them; consequently, both of them are taken to psychiatric clinics.
Yong-hye consistently refuses to eat meat and begins to think of herself as a tree. Her sister feels sorry for her, yet on the other hand, she has been unhappy since her own marriage. Yong-hye believes that eating meat is related to violence. Society, her family, and her husband all want to take control of her life and body. Yong-hye maintains a silent resistance against South Korea's traditional and patriarchal society. At the same time, she wants to transform from an animal into a vegetal entity.
This book is about how people defy societal norms to find freedom. The Vegetarian is not just a book about diet; it is a story that depicts a person's desire to be one with nature.

I had already read The Adventures of Tom Sawyer before, and Huckleberry Finn was one of the characters in that book. Because of that, I became curious about him and wanted to read Adventures of Huckleberry Finn as well.
After I started reading, I realized that I really enjoyed the humorous style of the book. The language and the dialogues made the story more interesting and enjoyable for me.
Adventures of Huckleberry Finn was published in 1884 and is considered one of the major works of American Realism. Unlike Romantic literature, Twain focuses on ordinary people, realistic language, and social problems. Through Huck’s journey, the novel reflects important issues of 19th-century American society such as racism, slavery, violence, religious hypocrisy, and social inequality. Twain also satirizes romantic adventure stories, especially through the character of Tom Sawyer.
The novel follows Huck Finn, a young boy who escapes from his abusive father and travels along the Mississippi River with Jim, an escaped enslaved man. During their journey, they meet many different people and experience both humorous and serious situations. Through these adventures, Huck begins to question society’s values, racism, religion, and morality.
Huck also starts to test the religious teachings of Miss Watson and Widow Douglas. He does not fully accept everything that society and religion teach him, and throughout the novel he tries to understand what is morally right by himself.
Mark Twain mainly criticizes romanticism and unrealistic adventure stories. Tom tries to behave like the characters in books, while Huck thinks more realistically and questions these ideas. Through this contrast, Twain makes fun of romantic ideals that are disconnected from real life. Whether everything we learn
