Kitab mənə Azərbaycan dilində tərcümə olaraq hədiyyə edildiyi üçün, tərcümədən oxuduğum. Ən son, Nazım Hikmet Ran’ın bir kitabında “karım” sözü “qarım” kimi tərcümə olunduğunu görəndən Azərbaycanca kitab oxumurdum. Kitabın tərcüməsi sadəcə olaraq fəlakətdir. Nə deyəcəyimi həqiqətən bilmirəm. Sırf tərcümənin bərbad olmasına görə əlim kitaba getmirdi. “Başarmaq, oxul” bunlar nədir axı?
Uzun sözün qısası, tərcüməyə nifrət etdim, başladığım kitabı yarıda buraxmama kimi bir adətim olmasa, çoxdan ata bilərdim.
Kitab mənə Pəruniş Sanin Mənim Payım kitabını xatırlatdı. Hətta bir neçə yerdə kitabı əvvəlcədən oxuduğum hissini yaşadım.
Alıb oxunmalıdırmı? Əmin deyiləm. Bəlkə, mənim çox təsirlənməmə səbəbim məhs tərcümədir.
