“Come here, Ziya.” “Ziya?” Ziya’s eyes tipped to the sky. “Who’s that?” Riga reached for his sword. Daji raised her knife. They’d prepared for this, all three of them, with Ziya’s consent. They had to strike just before he opened the gate— Ziya’s face split into a horrible grin. “Kidding.”

She was breathing through her nose she's really mad. "What are you going to explain? You're the one who was after me and now I'm after your money!? Fuck you Levi! Fuck. You. I never want to see your face again!" His jaw clenches angrily at her dark words and he pulls her even further against his body, the fire behind his eyes intensifying with her defiance. “You’re mine. That’s what I was going to explain. I will provide *everything* you *ever* need. I’ll provide the food on your table, the clothes on your body, the roof over your head… I’ll do *anything* to make that happen because *I’m* the provider. *I’m* the one who will always take care of you…*”

“We can’t exactly stop them, but once they realize it’s just a dock and there’s nothing to see, they lose interest. We have more of a problem with people stealing stuff that used to be yours.” This has never occurred to me, and I stare at him. “Like what?” He shrugs. “Old books, costume pieces, the photo of your class in the hall behind the theatre. We got that one back, but not before someone scratched your face out.” He sees the confusion in my expression and adds, “It’s not all bad. I still get letters trying to convince me that you’re innocent.” “Yeah,” I say. “I get those, too.” “Are you convinced yet?” “No. I know better.”

Kalp krizi geçireceğim sanırım....
she swallows and tries to stop his hands "Levi, Please, please stop" this is the first t time she's saying please to him. He pauses at her first plea, but when she begs for the second time, something deep within him snaps as a flood of possessiveness washes over him. He pulls her closer, holding her as tight as he can as he growls softly. “You are mine. You will always be mine, my love…” she was suprised by his sudden move, then she swallows and slowly timidly she wraps her arms around his neck. The moment her arms are around his neck, a dark fire roars within him and he growls low in his throat, possessively pulling her closer against him, his hands running along her back and cradling her against his body. He feels his possessive fire flare like a wildfire inside his chest and he presses his face into her hair, possessive whispers flowing from his mouth: “Mine… Mine… Mine…”
He kissed her once more, this time long and lingering. My mask was hot and sticky on my face, my stomach twisted inside out and aching like an open wound. I leaned heavily on the balustrade, trembling under the weight of parallel truths that I had, until then, been able to ignore: James was in love with Wren, and I was blindly, savagely jealous.

The mattress moved under him again. He might have rolled over to face me, but it was too dark to see. “I think you understand it perfectly. Nothing makes sense to him either. His whole world is falling apart, and once he realizes he can’t stop it or fix it or change it, there’s only one thing left to do.” My eyes adjusted slowly, maddeningly. “What’s that?” His shadow shrugged in the gloom. “Absolve yourself. Blame it on fate.”

Stoicism teaches you how to channel everyday life events in a more constructive and beneficial manner. Stoicism believes that we all have a penchant for negative emotions. It's unavoidable since emotions are something we're born with. You can't escape your feelings, but you also don't want them to take over your life either. As a result, Stoicism provides the answer to how to properly manage our emotions so that we can always maintain a happy and hopeful mentality regardless of the obstacles we face.
He must have seen the fear in my face, because the hard lines around his eyes and mouth vanished, like someone had cut the right wire to defuse him before he went off. “Yes, of course he did.” He looked down, let go of my jacket, and brushed one hand across the front to smooth the wrinkles out. “I’m sorry, Oliver. Everything’s gone sideways.”

I pushed between James and Wren, and the vast expanse of the lake opened up in front of me, mist blurring the lines of the banks. Tiny ripples murmured around a grotesque pale shape, partly submerged where the water should have been glassy and smooth. Richard floated on his back, neck twisted unnaturally, mouth gaping, face frozen in a Greek mask of agony. Blood crawled dark and sticky across his face from the crush of tissue and bone that used to be an eye socket, a cheekbone—now cracked and broken open like an eggshell. We stood numb and silent on the dock as the earth ceased to turn. A terrible stillness held our six warm breathing bodies and Richard—unmoving, inanimate thing—in the same unbreakable thrall. Then there was a sound, a soft groan; Richard stretched one hand feebly toward us, and the whole world lurched. Wren stifled a scream and James grabbed my arm. “Oh, God.” He choked on the word. “He’s still alive.”

“I guess everyone knows,” I said. I splashed my face, hoping my skin would cool. “One of the first-years came in from the stairwell and basically announced it to the room.” “I really hate first-years.” I shut the faucet off, then closed the toilet lid and sat on it. “So. How was it?” I glanced up at him, anxiety prickling sorely on my skin. “You do know Richard’s going to kill me.” “That did seem to be his plan.”
