Murder on the Orient Express is a work of detective fiction by English writer Agatha Christie featuring the Belgian detective Hercule Poirot. Its Turkish name is Doğu Ekspresinde Cinayet. The writer began to write this novel in Istanbul Pera Palace Hotel. In that hotel, her room is not rented as she used that room to write this detective fiction. The opening chapters of the novel take place primarily in Istanbul. The Orient Express is stopped by heavy snowfall. Hercule Poirot gets telegram and he is also on the way back to London. Ratchett has been receiving death threats; recognizing Poirot, he tries to hire him for protection. Poirot, repulsed by Ratchett, refuses. Poirot is a friend of Mr. Bouc who is the owner of the train. The next morning, with the train still stalled, Bouc informs Poirot that Ratchett has been murdered and the murderer is still aboard, having no way to escape in the snow. As there are no police onboard, Poirot takes up the case. There are some clues and he investigates it among 12 people. The body has twelve stab wounds, the window had been left open, a handkerchief with the initial "H", a pipe cleaner, a flat match different from the ones Ratchett used, and a charred piece of paper with "member little Daisy Armstrong" written on it. While he is searching for the murderer we learn new things and Poirot prepares some traps for them. We learn that the victim's real name is Cassetti who killed some family members and we try to interrogate the meaning of justice. I won't tell about the killer. We guess and wonder about the murderer but the writer throws us a curve. The author has many artifacts about detective fictions. We have Ahmet Ümit who is also good at detective novel. It Ends with Us & It Starts with Us by Colleen HOOVER
Written by Colleen Hoover who is #1 Sunday Times bestselling author of ‘It Ends with Us’, these books are up-to-date and based on love relationships. Although this sometimes leads to a love and hate triangle, the first love can be different from the others. So, it can be unnecessary for fighting. Before reading these books, I thought that ‘It Ends with Us comes after ‘It Starts with Us. However, when I learned the opposite, I was surprised and charmed by this tiny turmoil. It started to seem so meaningful for me. I can say that it is a sign of happiness and new beginnings in the former book, which make me feel good at least after the first one. Don’t be confused, please. ‘It Ends with Us’ is the first one which some spots and the climax occur, ‘It starts with Us’ is the last one which a woman trying to run away from pains. In the books, we have three main characters, but the protagonist is Lily. All happenings are around Lily. Who is trying to be happy, healthy and in the pursuit of happiness… Her experiences she has with two men and her father encompasses the big part of the book. While Lily is a child, she is exposed of his father’s imbalanced manner due to excessive alcohol consumption. Unfortunately, she witnesses his mother’s dependence and vulnerability. Lily’s mom directly personalizes Collen’s mom. At the end of ‘It Ends with Us’, in eponym part, Colleen mentions that. Collen Hoover writes these book by considering her real-life challenges. Actually, she just decides to write ‘It Ends with Us. However, the readers don’t want to see Lily’s unhappiness all the time. They want to see her live in a good way. Birçok kişiye sürpriz olan (aslında bir yönden bana da) ilk şiir kitabım İngilizce olarak çıktı ve üzerine birkaç şey söylemek istiyorum. Kitapta toplam 22 şiir var ve genel olarak aşk temalı olsalar da aralarda biraz melankolik şiirler de var. Bu şiirlerin bir kısmı yeni yazılmış olsa da (benim için çok özel olan ve Ay'ı temsil eden birisi için) taa 2018'e kadar gidenler de var. Yani uzun süredir istediğim ve planladığım şiir kitabı bu zamana kısmetmiş. Şiir benim için biraz daha farklı bir alan ve roman ve öykülere göre bence daha samimi ve özel bir tür. İçindeki şiirler benim herkese göstermekten çekindiğim yanımı temsil ediyor aslında. Büyüsü bozulacağı için Türkçe'ye çevirmek istemedim. Özellikle şiir çevirisi benim genel olarak hiç sevmediğim bir olaydır. Bunlar orijinalinde de İngilizce yazıldığı için bu şekilde bıraktım. Umarım okur ve beğenirsiniz. Bu kitap benim başka bir yönümü gösteriyor. He bir de tabi ki 2. kitap çıktığı için artık gelenek haline gelen kendi kitabıma puan vermemeye de devam ediyorum. My first poetry book, which was a surprise to many (actually, in a way, to me as well), has been released in English, and I would like to say a few things about it. The book contains 22 poems, and although they are generally themed around love, some slightly melancholic poems are scattered throughout. Some of these poems are newly written (for someone who is very special to me and represents the Moon), while others date back as far as 2018. So, the poetry book I have wanted and planned for a long time has finally come to fruition. Poetry is a somewhat different realm for me, and, in my opinion, it is a more intimate and personal genre compared to novels and short stories.

kitabın en sevdiğim yanı he fell harder and first olayı olması. bizim karabaş meğer şefe görür görmez tutulmuş (asla inanmam ilk görüşte aşka) ve ondan almış işe hatta yemek atma olayı da kızın yanında heyecandan iştahı kesiliomuş (yersen hocam). saçma geldi ama sorgulamadım valla. heyecandan kızın ağzına sıçmafığın kaldı be olm. neyse sonrasında nası fino oldu ama oh köpppppek olsun erkeklerin hepsi. hiçbi şeyi hak etmiolar.

Get ready for a google docs rant review kids, this is going to be a bumpy ride.
Never thought my rating of a book could change so much throughout reading it until I read this one, How To Be The Best Third-Wheel. AKA another reason why you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover (because sometimes books with pretty covers turn out to be boring and a waste of your time!). I picked up HTBTBTW, thinking that I would read a fun rom-com about third wheeling and it delivered that, and it delivered even MORE of that and not in a good way. This book was so unnecessarily long, that I just couldn’t stand it anymore and started skimming the last 100 pages. Though, I must say, it did have a great dedication:
“To my love life- thank you for being so nonexistent that I had to write this.”
This book is about Lara Dela Cruz (what even is that name-) going on a vacation to the Philippines and returning back to school only to find out that all of the members of her girl gang have boyfriends now. Instead of being a normal person and a good friend, she treats them like shit for having boyfriends (????) and then plays the victim. I had an unpleasant experience with those kinds of people, so it was quite fun to read about (ironically I requested the book because I was third wheeling at school after my friend had a new boyfriend)!!!!! I just wanted to hit her with the back of the thickest book I own in my bookshelf. I know that it sounds malicious and weird but I really, really hated her. She was just this selfish, whiny and ungrateful 16 year-old who was not even close to being mature (or even pretending to be mature, for heaven’s sake). I’m not a psychologist
